We have on offer here, a 2012 UK Westminister Collection, Anniversary of the Titanic Gold Highlighted Cu Silvered with Padprint Medal.
Ultra low mintage of only 1912 pieces, it commemorates the launch of RMS Titanic, at Southampton, 10 April 1912. She was the largest passenger liner of its time, and she sunk on 12 April 1912 after it struck on an iceberg on her maiden voyage. The sinking resulted in the loss of more than 1,500 passengers and crew, making it one of the deadliest commercial peacetime maritime disasters in modern history.
This is a massively beautiful piece, showcase item, of 70mm in size and have always been kept in its original capsule (slight damaged). The piece is in Uncirculated condition.
It is proof struck and flawlessly shining with a clear golden highlight of the Titanic at full steam sail in open waters (obv). The Padprint marks the 100th Year Anniversary of the Titanic, in memory of the heroes that sailed and perish as she sunk (the Capt & Crew) (rev).
"Greatest Love Hath No Man Than This, That A Man Lay Down His Life For His Friends"
Given its very low mintage, this is rarely available, and ultra hard to collect.
